We think technology should take as little from people as it needs. This website follows that rule. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit futuraone.com or contact Futura One ("we", "us"), and why.
What this site does not do
- It does not set cookies or use any similar tracking storage.
- It does not run analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts.
- It loads its fonts and other files from our own host, not from third-party networks.
Information processed when you visit
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel's servers receive technical information needed to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Vercel may keep these logs for a limited period to operate and secure the service. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional organisation, topic and message you enter. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and are stored in our email system, which is provided by Microsoft. These providers process the information on our behalf and may do so outside your country, including in the United States.
Legal basis
Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process contact form information because you have asked us to respond (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you request before entering into an agreement with us), and we process hosting logs for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, contact us through the contact page.
Ideas you share
Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. Our terms of use explain how we treat ideas and material you send us.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
